Busduct System
Bus duct (Busway) is an enclosed system that consist of copper or aluminum busbar (as a conductor) with insulating materials wrapped around and protective enclosure, it's used to provide safer and more reliable electric power distribution solutions to our customers.
The unique and special design of bus duct make it more efficient in transferring large amounts of energy, and without excessive energy loss. Normally made from copper or aluminum, the busbars (conductors) of bus duct are insulated with the materials like epoxy resin or polyester film, prevent short circuits and enhance the durability. The entire structure of it is encased in a protective enclosure (normally aluminum profile), which can be designed to resist fire, water and corrosion based on needs.

Conductor

The purity of our copper bus bars have been increased to 99.99%, conductivity improved to 59 MS/m. Aluminum busbar is also available according to needs.
Aluminum Housing

Adopt 6101 extruded aluminum profiles with good heat dissipation performance. Special surface treatment helps housing withstand 2000 hours of salt spray test.
Production Line

Advanced equipment is used for the bus duct manufacturing. Our fully automatic assembly line can make assembly work more efficient than the other factories .

Insulation Material

Polyester film: heat resistance is class B, high temperature resistance is up to 130 degree. Epoxy: heat resistance is class H, besides it has excellent fire-retardant performance.

Joint Design

Double-head torque bolts installed with a 19 mm size wrench, saving 70% installation time. High-pressure equalization device distributes the bolts locking pressure meanwhile.

Tap off Box

Our tap off boxes shall provide the rated tapping current from 40A ~ 1000A, inter-lock mechanism design effectively prevents TOU from being inserted and extracted with loads.
